Who are we
The company specializes in the field of electric power engineering and maintains a closed cycle of research, design and consulting work on electrical systems and overhead power lines up to 35 kV, production of electrical panels, fitting of electrical equipment and repairs of electrical systems, fitting of external power-supply wiring and all kinds of electrical installations, monitoring and issuing of certificates of reliability.
The technological organization of ELSTART Ltd. is certified under the following certificates:

- BS OHSAS 18001:2007 – น 23196-02
- ISO 14001:2004 – น 23196-02
Elstart LTD is listed in the Bulgarian Construction Chamber and possesses certificate from the Central Professional Register of the Construction Chamber, which allows the company to perform 3rd category, 3rd group construction works and 5th group for electro-mounting works.
There is an accredited C-type Monitoring Body with Accreditation น 70 at the company, which is equipped with the necessary equipment for professional monitoring of the electrical systems and equipment.

- Covered area – 2000 m2.
- Office and design area equipped with all the necessary hardware and software products for design of the electrical installations and panels.
- Manufacturing area equipped with machines for processing of metal sheets and for fitting electrical installations in distribution panels.
Production and storage building
- Covered area – 1000 m2 and 2000 m2 outdoor area.
- Manufacturing area equipped with machines for processing of metal sheets and for fitting electrical installations in distribution panels, laser cutting machine, extrusion and welding machines.
