Project BG05M9OP001-1.008-1045 „The work – safe and secure“
Main purpose of the project is to to improve the working environment at ‚ELSTART“ Ltd. , by ensuring good and safe working conditions and introducing more effective and flexible forms of employment.
Specific purposes:
- Provision and introduction of flexible forms of employment to create opportunities for reconciling personal and professional life
- Creating the conditions for prolonging the professional life of people over 54 years
- Introduction of specialized software in the enterprise to help with personnel management
- Reorganization of work processes resulting from analysis and report
- Creating a prerequisite for improving the quality of work and reducing occupational accidents and diseases, through the introduction of collective remedies, as well as the modernization, reconstruction and safety of existing sites
- Provision of quality and modern personal protective equipment and specialized workwear appropriate to the dynamics of the work process and risk assessment
- Staff training on how to prevent possible workplace health risks
- Conducting training of employees of the enterprise, related to the safe handling of newly introduced equipment as a result of project activities
Project activities:
Activity 1. Workflow optimization including the introduction of flexible forms of employment Activity 1. Hiring Unemployed and/or inactive persons for up to 12 months
Activity 2. Creating the conditions for prolonging the professional life of the employees (over 54 years)
Activity 3. Development of a strategy for the organization of work processes
Activity 4. Providing the enterprise with software
Activity 5. Purchase of PPE and special workwear
Activity 6. Provision of collective redress
Activity 7. Provision of social benefits for workers
Activity 8. Training of employees
Activity 9. Project organization and management activities
Activity 10. Information and publicity activities
